go back i was thinking about having different layouts for most of my pages, but i dunno if that'd be too jarring. like, i dont think my home layout would lend itself well to what i want my about page to look like. this is only a placeholder anyways. if i find a theme i like for this page, i might just paste over all of this and start from scratch. but why not tell you about myself anyways in the mean time? i like to go by many names online, but here you can call me earwig! i really like 2000-2010s browser mmos, collecting things (namely stuffed animals and other toys), and lucid dreaming. ever since i was young, i knew i wanted to be on the computer. i got my start "coding" on chatlands many years ago, where i'd fill my sniff to the brim with the coolest graphics and games i could find. i say coding in quotation marks because all it was was copying and pasting code. ...although what im doing right now is pretty much the same thing. you'd think i'd have learned something, but i'm still googling how to hyperlink something. just in case. i find the old internet to be very charming. if i had to describe the old and new internet, id say the old internet is like a whole amusement park, while the new internet is that one teacup ride except you cant leave and youre just getting thrown around in circles the entire time and you feel nauseous. like, is it just me, or has the internet just become like four or five websites constantly referencing eachother? i made this website to claim a corner of the web and express myself inside of it. i don't know. i'm just here to have fun with my spaghetti code pages, and i hope maybe you'll have fun here, too.
